“Love Is a Choice” is a 22-week course for women on overcoming codependency. This study will help to identify and face unhealthy behaviors that have become patterns.

Oftentimes, we may have no idea what issues or thoughts make us feel so desperate and hopeless at times. The “Love Is a Choice” workbook will help you face the pain and work through it alongside other women, encouraging one another and speaking life into one another on the journey.
